Louise specialises in Yoga for Sport aimed at all who exercise. Louise has combined her knowledge of the body, movement, sport and injury and tailored sessions specifically with an aim to minimise injury and maximise performance.
Louise offers a variety of early morning, daytime, evening + weekend appointments. If there are no appointments that suit, please email for further availability.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your initial appointment. If you could bring or wear shorts / leggings for any back or leg assessment.
At your initial appointment, you will receive an assessment, based upon your individual goals. From this assessment, you and your physiotherapist will devise an approach suited to you and your individual needs.
